FAQ

Can I return my original painting if I am not happy with it?

All Original Artwork is Finale Sale. For all other items, we have a 30-day exchange policy in the form of a gift card towards another purchase. If the item is returned damaged (when it is being repackaged for the “return to artist” or during its journey back to us) a percentage based on the damage will be reduced in the gift card amount. Our orders are insured by the courier for any damages to the painting during shipment to you.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

Yes. It is an available option at checkout. We will always do our best to use eco-friendly gift wraps.

Do the paintings come framed?

All artwork comes unframed unless mentioned in the product description. Select frames may soon be available with most canvas orders.

Do you provide a ‘Certificate of Authenticity’?

All artwork comes signed on the canvas as well as with an official ‘Certificate of Authenticity’ signed by the artist. This may be used to prove authenticity of the work for resale on the Secondary Art Market.

How do you price the artwork?

What inspires you to paint?

My goal is to discover the various harmonies of colour through the form of “Post-Impressionist” painting. I aim to express the human spirit. I try to distill ideas that will produce healthy change in people, a shift in perspective, and to create the refinement of spirit during my time on earth. Most of all, I hope people will gain happiness from a good dose of colour. I start with a basic composition in pencil on canvas, but filling in the colour (which brings “the life” of the work) is what I enjoy the most.

How are the paints you use better for the planet?

  • Archival: Pure pigments are the most permanent of all pigments, lasting thousands of years.
  • Superior Quality: There are no added fillers or stabilizers (to increase shelf life). This increases paint intensity and allows the refraction of light to bounce off the pigment particles. Pure earth pigments are not affected by sunlight, temperature, or humidity.
  • Vibrant: The pigment particles are larger (than synthetic pigments), which allows for more light to pass through the pigment particles and creates a paint that has a higher refraction-vibrancy.
  • Non-Toxic: Natural and hypoallergenic. Free of toxic heavy metals, solvents, parabens, phthalates, formaldehyde, additives, petroleum-based dyes and nanoparticles. These high quality pigments, from Italy and France, are hand-crafted in small batches with no additives or fillers.
